Kyle as Al Capone Al Capone was one of the most famous people of the 1930's. He was known internationally for his criminal acts. He overcame a lot of mental challenges and became very prominent and respected. He employed lots of people and ran one of the biggest criminal organizations known to man, he gave lots of money to charities. He was liked by many people and organizations. Capone loved chicago very much and he loved the people in it.
During the trial, Al Capone pleaded guilty on the advice of his lawyers, in order to negociate a plea bargain. The judge refused and morever changed at the last minute the jury that had been bribed by Capone's men.
Capone's family took him to his mansion in Florida where he was to live out the next eight years, alternating between periods of lucidity and mental inertia. His boys from Chicago visited him from time to time but there was no way he could be involved in mob activities. He died on January 25, 1947.

Plenty of shootouts, explosions and melodramatic moments emphasize the G-men's incorruptibility and Capone's brutality. But the film's most frightening scene may well be the one in which the Untouchables' tax accountant brandishes a Tommy gun.
