Each unique name causes a TTS file to be created; the size depends on the length of the name. The amount of space the TTS files occupy therefore varies:

If TTS voice announcements don't all sound the same you probably changed the voice or voice speed on your computer but did not delete the old TTS voice files before you ran the Acura TTS program. You need to delete ALL the voice files from iTunes AND the iPod, then re-run TTS.
