The biggest news in action figures this week is the the revelation of the new Heroes figures from Mezco Toys. With the success of the show, not to mention a very loyal and vocal fan base, it was only a matter of time before everyone's favorite characters were immortalized in plastic.

DETROIT, July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Comerica Incorporated (NYSE: CMA) today announced that the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan preliminarily approved the settlement of two shareholder class action lawsuits that were filed against Comerica in October 2002. The lawsuits followed an October 2, 2002, announcement of an incremental provision for credit losses, a related restatement of financial statements for the second quarter of 2002, and a goodwill impairment for Comerica's Munder Capital Management subsidiary.

If there is one license that is going to define action figures across the board in 2008, it's going to be Indiana Jones. With the fourth movie in the franchise Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull hitting theaters this May, interest in all things related to the most famous fictional archeologist ever is at an all time high. Hasbro, Sideshow, Gentle Giant, and Lego all have ambitious plans for Indy this year, but Disney theme parks beat them to the punch!

On July 27, 2007, U.S. District Judge Ronald M. Whyte entered a Final Judgment and Order of Dismissal With Prejudice (the "Order and Final Judgment") approving a settlement between the parties and dismissing the shareholder class action lawsuit. If no appeal is filed with the Court within 30 days following the entry of the Order and Final Judgment, the settlement will become final and binding.
