The Company has engaged the services of the law firm of Conner & Winters and accounting services of Lieberman and Associates to facilitate the process of becoming fully reporting. In addition, the Company has entered into agreements with several individuals that are professionals within the Bio-Fuel industry and will be announcing those names in association with projects in which they will be participating.
