The Yellow Pages™ 411 service is a new way to search the Yellow Pages™ directories using your telephone. The Yellow Pages™ 411 service is a voice activated, local search system. You can search, browse and connect through to merchants. The automated attendant, Genie, will ask you what you want and where you want it (which part of the city) and then present you with a list of merchants that meet your needs.
