The American Austin Car Company is formed to build a variant of the British Austin Seven, the minicar's production begins in May 1930. The $465 coupe seated two and rode on a 75 inch wheelbase. The 46 cubic inch engine made just 14 horsepower. The roadster weighed in at 1,100 pounds.
