The F/A-18 has proven to be an ideal component of the carrier based tactical aviation equation over its 15 years of operational experience. The only F/A-18 characteristic found to be marginally adequate by battle group commanders, outside experts, and even the men who fly the Hornet, is its range when flown on certain strike mission profiles. However, the inadequacy is managed well with organic and joint tanking assets.

TUCSON, Ariz., Aug. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Providence Service Corporation (Nasdaq: PRSC) today announced that its initial public offering of 4.3 million shares of common stock was priced at $12.00 per share. The Providence Service Corporation is offering 3.0 million shares and certain selling stockholders are offering 1.3 million shares. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq National Market under the symbol PRSC and will begin trading tomorrow. Net proceeds to the Company, after expenses related to the offering, will be approximately $30.6 million. Net proceeds will be used to repay approximately $18.8 million of debt, pay $1.1 million of accrued and unpaid dividends and pay a financial advisory fee of $1.0 million, with the balance for general corporate purposes.

Extra pieces of the short arm of chromosome 18 can result in a disorder called tetrasomy 18p. This disorder occurs when a person has extra material from chromosome 18 called an isochromosome. This isochromosome is made up of two copies of the short arm of chromosome 18 and no copies of the long arm. As a result, cells have four copies of the short arm of chromosome 18 instead of the usual two copies. Children born with this condition are unusually small, developmentally delayed, and may have mild to severe mental retardation. Other features can include low-set ears, a small head (microcephaly), a high arch in the roof of the mouth (high-arched palate), and a small mouth.
