The company ... outlined its CEO post-100-day review investor communications plans. Fred Hassan, chairman and chief executive officer, will present at the Bear Stearns 16th Annual Health Care Conference on September 15, 2003, in New York City. Hassan will lead the 2003 third quarter earnings conference call in October and will review the company's prospects and provide further details of his strategy for future growth at the previously announced analyst meeting on November 18, 2003. These events will be Webcast. An update letter to shareholders will be issued in September.
