Hexaware Technologies is a technology outsourcing company with 6,000 employees and annual revenues of about $187 million. It had poor visibility of its more than 3,000 IT assets across the organisation – physical inventory taking was error prone, repetitive and time consuming, with key information not being easily accessed or maintained, such as surveillance audit information.
