Hal Sutton stood on a pile of rocks that will eventually be the first floor of the new clubhouse at TPC at Treviso Bay. The PGA Tour star and co-designer of the course extended his hand across his forehead to block the glaring sun. Sutton peered across the piles of dirt and back hoes. He hoped to see water. He hoped to see the water that will protect the 18th green. He stepped down thirsty for a change.
