Pilotwings is one of the greatest simulation games to hit the home systems and certainly one of the best games that ever came out for the SNES. The game revolves around you as a rookie pilot learning the ropes in ever tougher levels and tasks. At first you are able to just fly the biplane and jump with your parachute. Through the levels you will nail rings and floating balls to test your skills. If you pass, you'll continue to use those plus a rocket pack and glider. All these are used in various levels and on big Al's level's you must complete all 4 to move on. In each level you will be forced to perform at least adequately to obtain enough points to get the next class level of license and move on. If your really good you may be able to nail the bonus rounds that are in every level.
