It is engineered with a servo-driven indexer that allows the press to instantly "ramp" up to speed, resulting in smooth operation and unsurpassed, precise indexing control. The press ... includes M&R’s exclusive Revolver Print Program (Patent No. 5,595,113) that permits multiple flashing with just one flash unit. It is all operated by a sophisticated, easy-to-use operator interface with "plain language" programming and diagnostics. The new Gauntlet Series II can be used with pre-registration systems including pin, and is fully compatible with M&R’s Tri-loc pre-registration system.
