Keith Urban was born in Whangarei, New Zealand on October 26, 1967. Soon after, his parents moved to Caboolture, Australia. At the age of six, he already wanted to become a country music star, making it big in Nashville. When he was seven, he started learning the guitar and how to sing country. He won several awards as a young artist. After he turned twelve, he formed his own country band and performed in local clubs.
